This setting is available for each stand-alone mailing list:

Web Availability*
Select who can see and subscribe to this list through the web.

• Public: This list is available to anyone.
• Account Holders Only: This list is available only to logged in users.
• Subscribers Only: This list is available only to currently subscribed users.
• Administrators Only: This list is available only to administrators.

If set to this:
Account Holders Only

then all users who have Workspace accounts can log in to manage their own subscriptions to this mailing list. You may wish to review the settings for each stand-alone mailing list to verify this option is set appropriately.

Note: Group mailing lists are maintained and managed separately.
