Create a Staff group:
Workspace recognizes that anyone who is subscribed to staff@mysite.org has a special role in groups and can post to any group mailing list.
Note: stand-alone mailing lists are not as feature-rich as group lists, and do not recognize subscribers to staff@mysite.org. Stand-alone mailing lists have cross-posting functionality, which is similar.
Make the user a Group Admin:
Users with this role (wg_admin) can post to any group, including new groups added after the role is assigned. The role is usually assigned to a user type and can be assigned to an individual account holder on the "Manage a User" page.

If you are not certain how to determine which users type grants wg_admin, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
Note: You can check which account holders currently have group administrator privileges on the View Administrators page.

Make the user an Org Admin:
Users with this role (org_admin) have administrative privileges in various areas of Workspace, typically including in groups. The group administrator role described above more granular.
The role is usually assigned to a user type and can be assigned to an individual account holder on the "Manage a User" page.

If you are not certain how to determine which users type grants org_admin, or whether those with org_admin on your site also have administrative privileges in groups, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
