How do I log in using OpenID?

OpenID lets you log into many services with the same digital identity. You create your username and password in one place and can then gain access to multiple software systems. This reduces headaches caused by having to remember so many passwords. You can log into Kavi Workspace with a variety of OpenID providers (Yahoo, AOL, Wordpress, etc.).

Here is how to get started with OpenID:

1) A Super Administrator must enable the OpenID feature in your installation of Kavi Workspace.

2) The user must first have created an account with an OpenID provider.

3) The user then logs into Kavi Workspace, visits the My Account link, and saves their OpenID.

4) The next time the user logs in, they may do so by clicking on "Login with OpenID".

Notes: The user's browser must accept cookies to log into Kavi Workspace. The user is presented with a login form and can opt to set an extended (two-week) expiration period if desired.
