Renewing a membership
This situation arises frequently: members forget to pay and are deactivated, the contact person left the company and no one got the invoices, etc. Then a day, a week, a month, several months later they want to renew their membership. What is the best way to handle these cases?
One option is for you to renew their membership for them. To get started, go to the Manage a Company page and click the Renew option next to their expired membership.

Alternatively, a representative of the company can renew their membership. To get started, that person should go to the public join page and click Renew Your Membership.
