Note: This option only applies to the "members" list; all of the user's other mail subscriptions are unaffected.

When necessary, an admin can override this user preference on several email forms. Where this is an option, this text appears on the screen:

Respect Email Preferences*
Should the search respect the 'Receive Members Email' preference?
Yes, respect preferences.
No, send anyway.

  2. look up the user in question
  3. click on the user's name hyperlink
  4. click the Groups link
     Note: The Group Memberships page displays a list of all groups this user belongs to and includes what kind of mailing list subscription the user has for each.
  5. click the user's name hyperlink on any row for which you would like to edit the subscription
  6. click "Subscribe to this group's mailing list" or "Unsubscribe from this group's mailing list", as appropriate
