What is the Manage Workspace Content page?

Org Admins use the Manage Workspace Content page to manage the Workspace landing page content. To get to the page:
  1. click on the Administration menu
  2. go to the Management Tools section
  3. click Content
  4. click Manage Workspace Content
(http://www.mysite.org/kws/admin_panel/manage_content)

There are several options available on this page:
  1. Message for All Users - Compose a short note that will appear to all logged-in users in the right-hand column below the announcements
  2. Message for New Participants - Add text to introduce and welcome new participants to your organization, help them learn their way around, and get involved. Select training topics to display for every new participant. Consider also including links to any important governing documents, such as your Operating Procedures.
Note: New participants are account holders who have logged in 3 times or less and those who do not yet belong to any groups. Once someone joins at least one group or has logged in more than 3 times, this information will no longer appear.
  3. Manage Announcements - Add announcements with a defined start and end date; specify which users can see it
Note: Kavi-created announcements cannot be edited or deleted.
  4. Manage Training Center - Add training topics for specific users; define the category, topic title, audience, and which page(s) it should be displayed on
Note: Kavi-created training topics cannot be edited or deleted.
