What is the Manage Announcements page?
Org Admins use the Manage Announcements page to add new announcements and manage existing announcements. To get to the page:
- click on the Administration menu
- go to the Management Tools section
- click Content
- click Manage Announcements

Options available on this page:
- Show/Hide Expired Announcements - Toggle the display to show or hide announcements which have expired. Clicking this link only affects what Org Admins see when they are managing announcements; it has no affect on what other Kavi Workspace users see. Showing expired announcements is useful if you want to copy text from an old announcement to use again, or if you want to delete old announcements.
- Add an Announcement - Create a new announcement by entering the title, display order, audience, start date, end date, and content
Note: HTML is allowed in the content area.
- Edit - Modify an existing announcement by changing the title, display order, audience, start date, end date, or content
Note: HTML is allowed in the content area.
- Expire Now - Choose this option if you no longer want an announcement
to be displayed to users, but would like to keep it for future reference
- Delete - Permanently remove an announcement
Note: Kavi-created announcements cannot be edited or deleted.
