Option to stay logged in to applications is not persisting

You may find that even after selecting the checkbox to "Keep me logged in for two weeks", you are still asked to log in each time you want to access the applications. Why? This checkbox:

relies on browser cookies in order to work. This means that your browser must accept and store cookies, and the cookies must be available to the browser when you access the Kavi applications. Note that you will be required to log in if any of the following exceptions occurs:

  • you clear or otherwise remove cookies
  • the browser clears or otherwise removes cookies
    Note: Check your browser settings or work with your corporate IT department; many organizations have policies or default browser configurations in place that affect cookie retention.
  • you use a different browser that does not have cookies cached
