Calendars allow you to see more than just events. Using the Action Item and Ballot check boxes you can see when action items are due or when ballots close.
Ballot and action item statuses are also indicated by their icons:
- an open ballot is a white circle
- a closed ballot is a black circle
- open action items are squares
- closed action items have a check mark in the square
(Note: this information will not be visible outside the Kavi web-based calendar itself - Action Item and and Ballot information won't show up in calendars that you've subscribed to, for example.)
