Training topic rotation
The overall set of training topics that might display typically changes very
infrequently. There are several places on the site where you can view training topics.
- In the training center: (/kws/tips_page) All topics that you have access to always display here.
- On the Workspace landing page, left-hand side: (/kws) If you are a new participant you see 0-3
topics below the Welcome section. These topics only change if an admin changes them.
- Other places: There is a rotating topic display on the
right-hand side of the Workspace landing page (/kws), My Participation and My Company. You might see a different topic in each of these locations at any given time. The selected topic
displays for up to 180 minutes. (There are certain conditions on the
server that may occasionally cause the topics to rotate one time after
less than 180 minutes.) When it's time to select a new topic to display for you, the applications select one that you have not seen before.
If you have already seen all the topics you are eligible to see,
the applications randomly select a topic; it's possible (and even
likely) that you will see the same topic more than once.
