If there is information you would like to appear by default in ballots, you can add the information as a ballot instruction. Ballot managers may select any active instruction when creating ballots. Voters are presented with the instruction text when voting on the ballot.

You can add new ballot instructions or edit existing ballot instruction on the Ballot Instructions page.

Note: You need to have group administrator privileges to define ballot instructions.
